FAQs

I don’t use Skype how can we Screen Share?
Don’t worry there are alternative ways of sharing screens, if you give me a call on 01594 372122 then we can work out the best way which will work for you.

My broadband speed is really slow will it work?
If your broadband speed is very slow then screen sharing may not be option, I would suggest that a one to one session face to face may be a better idea, the best way for us would be to set up a test session and we can make a judgement call from there.

How much will training cost me?
For full costs please see the pricing page.

What experience do you have?
I have been working with Lightroom since the very first version and have been an Adobe Certified Expert on all subsequent versions. Not only do I offer Lightroom Training but I also use the Lightroom software extensively on a day to day basis to run my food photography business.

I don’t have Creative Cloud, can you still help me?
It doesn’t matter whether you are based on a Mac or PC, Creative Cloud or Serial Number version, the fundamentals remain the same and can assist on all platforms.

I’m not sure if I have backed up my pictures, can you help?
Definitely. One of the key areas of any digital workflow is managing the back up process, a quick screen share will enable me to advise with regards to back up.

How do I make payment?
Payment can be made via BACS, Paypal or a Debit/Credit Card.

Do you offer Photoshop training?
I do some Photoshop training, depending upon requirement, and also know and can recommend some excellent people if it’s outside my area of expertise.
